Prices / Fees

A. Enrollment Fee: $250.00 and includes first visit with an initial set of labs (CBC, CMP, UA,TSH, free T4) for assessment and to determine what other tests / labs are needed.

B. Monthly Fee: $165.00 payable the first of each month. We require a minimum commitment of 3 months. Discounts for members of the same family (living in the same household):

• First member pays full price.
• Second family member gets a 15% discount ($140.00) for the first year.
• Third family member (+) gets a 30% discount ($115.00) for the first year.

C. Annual Discounts:

• First member: $1,817.00 for the first year (instead of $2,065.00)
• Second family member: $1,575.00 for the first year (instead of $1,790.00)
• Third family member (+): $1,333.00 for the first year (instead of $1,515.00)
